Chef Jamie is the hallmark of success

RECOGNITION for his cuisine is nothing new for Jamie Perry, chef at Bournemouth’s Hallmark Hotel who has received a gold award and entry into the finals of England’s Best Steak Pie competition.

His mutton pie with rosemary and honey roasted root vegetables received great praise from the judges.

Other awards under his belt include a gold medal from The Wessex Salon Culinaire – the UK’s biggest young chef competition – in which he had to concoct a dish from a mystery box.

Cooking just came naturally to Jamie.
